Hi there,
My take: Trust in AI is earned by watching it work, not hearing about it.
Every week I get asked some version of the same question: “Can I actually see how the AI will respond before I turn it loose?” It’s the right question, and until now the honest answer was “sort of.” This week that changes.
The pattern I keep noticing is that trust in AI isn’t won with a pitch or a spec sheet. It’s won the moment someone watches it work and thinks “oh, that’s actually good.” The companies pulling ahead aren’t the ones talking the most confidently about AI. They’re the ones putting it directly in their team’s hands and letting the quality speak. So that’s the theme this week: less taking our word for it, more seeing it yourself.
Two-minute read. Let’s go.
What’s new this week
- Meet ChattiStudio: Chatti, on demand, for anything. This is the big one. ChattiStudio opens a direct line to Chatti outside of any live channel. Pick a channel type (a social comment or a website chat), pick a Knowledge Base, and interact with Chatti exactly as your customer would. See precisely how Chatti will respond before you go live, craft on-brand replies for platforms you haven’t connected yet, or let your team tap Chatti’s knowledge to answer real customer questions inside their own workflow. A testing lab, an onboarding accelerator, and a working tool for your team, all in one.
- A/B testing for SMS campaigns is live. Build a campaign with multiple message variations, let contacts get randomly assigned across them, and track results separately for each version. No more guessing which message lands. Optimize on real performance, not instinct.
- Shape Chatti’s entire behavior with a single file. Upload a simple document describing exactly how you want Chatti to behave, and the platform reads it, extracts the right configuration, and fills in the objectives automatically. No clicking through settings one field at a time. Write how your AI should think, upload it, done, and iterate in seconds instead of an afternoon. Manual controls are still there whenever you want them.
- Campaign delivery insights, with real answers. Non-delivered messages are now broken down by reason, and you can drill straight into the exact contacts affected by each one. Diagnose a delivery question in minutes instead of wondering what happened.
What’s cooking (and it’s big) 🔮
- Instagram messaging for Instagram-first businesses. Fully built and staged, this opens Instagram messaging to businesses whose Instagram account isn’t linked to a Facebook Page. The only remaining step is Meta’s own app review.
- Knowledge Base confidence scoring. A visible indicator on AI responses showing how well each answer is supported by your own Knowledge Base, turning knowledge gaps into something you can spot and fix proactively.
- ChattiLive™ Voice keeps advancing. 📞 Both the voice channel and a lower-latency real-time speech mode are in staging. Natural, spoken conversations with Chatti over the phone, for every customer who’d rather talk than type. An entirely new channel, getting closer.
- Always-on channel health monitoring. A new framework that continuously watches every connected account and catches issues the moment they appear, an expiring token, a dropped connection, a changed permission, often before it ever affects your results. Your channels, actively watched.
- Two core strengths, getting sharper. Our comment-to-DM outreach is getting a smarter bridge that turns a promising comment into personalized direct-message outreach even more effectively, and Chatti is learning to independently research your brand so comment moderation and lead scoring run with richer context than ever.
🇬🇧 London, and what’s next
We hoped for a dozen guests or so. More than 50 showed up.
Last week we hosted the inaugural AI Happy Hour at Smith’s Bar & Grill in London, a canal-side room full of founders, CEOs, and technology leaders, with no slides, no pitches, just genuinely good conversation about the future of AI for customer engagement. The conversations ran long, the connections were real, and it confirmed what we suspected: this needs to be a series. Huge thanks to our co-hosts, SystemsX and INSART, and to everyone who joined us.
And it worked so well we’re taking it on the road. Next stop: Mexico City, this September. Same format, same kind of room, new city.
See the photos from London, or request an invite to the next one.
Every one of these came from listening. Hit reply and tell me what would move the needle for your business, and there’s a real chance you’ll see it in a future edition. The more you tell us, the faster the roadmap moves.
See you next Wednesday. ⚡
