An AI Action is any single unit of AI work on the platform: either a comment moderated by CommentResponderâ„¢ or a chat response sent by ChattiLiveâ„¢. Whether the AI filters spam, replies to a comment, or answers a web-chat question, each counts as one AI Action.
What happens if I exceed my included AI Actions?
You won't be cut off. Additional AI Actions are billed at the overage rate specified in your plan ($.30 for Starter, $.25 for Standard, $.15 for Premium). Enterprise plans offer custom tiered rates for high-volume usage.
Can I control my overage spending?
Absolutely. The platform includes built-in budget controls that let you set a maximum overage spend limit. Once your budget cap is reached, AI Actions will pause automatically so you never exceed your budget. You can adjust or remove the limit at any time from your account settings.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the difference is prorated. When downgrading, the new rate applies at your next billing cycle.
Is there really no credit card required for the trial?
Correct. We offer a full 14-day free trial with no credit card required. You get complete access to all features in your chosen plan tier.

Are there any additional third-party fees?
Some channel usages may include third-party fees. ChattiLive SMS: $.0125 per segment for incoming and outgoing messages (only if using our provider service). ChattiLive WhatsApp: $.02/message for US & Canada, $.04/message internationally, for both incoming and outgoing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ACH, and direct debit. Enterprise customers can also arrange invoicing terms with net-30 or custom billing cycles. All payments are processed securely through PCI-compliant infrastructure.
