The Signal #010: The biggest leap this platform has ever taken

Hi there,

My take

For months I’ve told you the biggest leap in our product was “getting closer.” This week it arrived, and every ConversionIQ user is now on it: a completely rebuilt platform.

Here’s why it matters more than a redesign. The things we get excited about in this newsletter, Chatti acting on its own, Maestri deciding the moment to reach each contact, memory that follows a customer, none of it counts for much on a slow, cluttered platform no one enjoys opening. Autonomy needs a home. This is that home: faster, clearer, with the things you reach for most one click away and your insights surfaced instead of buried.

The features get the headlines. The foundation is what makes them real at scale, and now everyone is on the same modern one. That’s the milestone.

Two-minute read. Let’s go.

What’s new this week

  • The new ConversionIQ is live, for every user. Not a facelift, a rebuild. It loads faster, reads and navigates far more easily, and is organized around how you actually work: the things you use most are one click away, your insights sit right where you need them, and switching between workspaces is instant. Channels are now grouped into eight clear categories, Facebook and Instagram DMs share one unified view, and new users get a fully renewed onboarding. One modern platform, built to grow on.
  • Tappi is live: every link you send now works for you. Tappi is our intelligence-driven link shortener. Create short, branded links for campaigns, SMS, comments, anywhere you send someone, and every click becomes a signal that feeds straight into Maestri, so your campaigns keep learning who’s actually engaging and sharpen with every send. Not just a shorter link, a link that improves your results.
  • ChattiCare deletes the hate before it does damage. Public figures live with a constant wave of abuse in their comments, and no one should have to read it, least of all the person it targets. ChattiCare identifies hateful and abusive comments, removes them, and bans the account behind them, automatically, before they spread. And it’s precise: early validation shows it leaves sarcasm and genuine criticism alone rather than over-moderating. It’s exactly the protection a high-profile athlete or public figure needs, working quietly in the background.
  • Know exactly who you can text or call, at a glance. Every contact now shows a clear yes or no on consent for SMS and phone marketing, based on their real history. Where no record genuinely exists, it says “pending” and explains why, rather than guessing an answer it can’t stand behind. Honest data, and one less compliance question to chase.

What’s cooking (and it’s big) 🔮

  • Work in your own language, starting with Spanish. Most of the platform is already translated and in testing: dashboard, onboarding, conversations, comments, campaigns, and more. Spanish first, then Italian, French, and Catalan. A better experience for every team that doesn’t work in English, and a bigger market for all of us.
  • Europe is on the roadmap, and the work has started. We’ve begun bringing the full platform to Europe, including in-region infrastructure and the data-residency and GDPR requirements that come with operating there. Everything we’ve built, in an entirely new market.
  • One campaign, every channel. WhatsApp and Voice are both coming to Campaigns, so a single campaign can reach someone by text, WhatsApp, or a real phone call, with the same targeting and reporting you already use.
  • Chatti remembers with more precision. Chatti already recalls context across conversations with the same contact. In testing now: a smarter way of organizing those memories, so it surfaces exactly the right context at exactly the right moment.

On the road 🌎

Mexico City. On September 6, we brought together 65 founders, resort and hospitality operators, and technology leaders at Licorería Limantour in Polanco, one of the World’s 50 Best Bars, for our Mexico City AI Happy Hour. No slides, no pitches, just open conversation about where customer engagement in hospitality is headed, with plenty of guests putting Chatti to the test on their own businesses. Our thanks to our co-hosts, SystemsX and Ocular. See how the night went.

Dallas, today. We’re a featured sponsor of the Outsource Consultants BPO Evolution Summit, and this afternoon Tarell Harrison and I are presenting to an invitation-only room of outsourcing leaders on a conviction we hold strongly: most vendors still sell cost-per-contact efficiency, but the real opportunity is persistent, objective-driven conversations customers actually want to continue. Attracting customers is half the problem. Keeping them is the other half. Here’s what we’re presenting.

Every one of these came from listening. Hit reply and tell me what would move the needle for your business, and there’s a real chance you’ll see it in a future edition. The more you tell us, the faster the roadmap moves.

See you next Wednesday. ⚡
