What’s new this week

A lot landed in production:

  • Full conversation context in every lead notification. A lead comes in and you don’t just get a name and number, you get a summary of exactly what that prospect wanted. Your team walks into the first callback already ahead.
  • Instant conversation summaries in the panel. Stop scrolling endless threads. Every conversation now carries a quick summary, so anyone on your team grabs context in seconds and jumps in.
  • A smarter, dialer-friendly CRM. Expanded search plus click-to-conversation by URL means your dialer pop-ups can drop reps directly onto a contact’s record the instant a call connects. For call-center-driven teams, this changes the game.

  • More compliance controls, an auditable marketing-consent framework and role-based permission gates, both in QA.
  • A complete billing suite, subscription sync, AI Actions validation, daily metered reporting, and a new usage & billing dashboard.
