  • Chatti lands on TikTok. CommentResponder™ is now live on TikTok.   • See exactly what your campaigns are doing. You saw this cooking last week. Now it’s here. Campaign Analytics just leveled up with two new columns: Queued contacts (with the exact reason each is waiting, whether a compliance window or a business-hours rule) and Opt-Outs as its own tracked metric. Click any number to see precisely which contacts sit behind it. Metrics now refresh every 5 minutes, and you can export full campaign detail to CSV in the background without interrupting your work. Total self-service visibility, no data requests required.
  • HubSpot, mapped your way. Our HubSpot integration now maps any custom contact field in ConversionIQ to its matching property in HubSpot, on top of the standard fields. However your HubSpot is set up, we flex to fit.

What’s cooking (and it’s big) 🔮

  • A completely reimagined platform, almost here. The new interface hit a major milestone: 8 of 9 social channels are now validated in the new UI (including Instagram Messaging for the first time), with full end-to-end testing underway against real client setups across lead capture, campaign enrollment, and segments. The biggest leap this product has ever taken is getting real.
  • Knowledge Base setup in a single upload. Soon you’ll build a complete Knowledge Base, agent objectives, personality, and knowledge docs in one file and import it in a single shot, with a live preview before you apply and a template to start from. KB setup going from tedious to one upload.
  • Push notifications, everywhere you work. Cross-platform push is expanding: independent preferences for desktop and mobile, instant alerts the moment a lead is captured, and full push support built into the new interface. In final QA now.
  • Your lead data, straight into your ad stack. Server-side Google Tag Manager dispatch is now in staging. When a lead is captured with marketing consent, ConversionIQ fires GTM events in real time on your own site, connecting conversational lead capture straight into your analytics and ad attribution, with zero client-side work.
  • Smarter, cheaper SMS. GSM-7 encoding is ready for production: outbound messages are automatically normalized to the most efficient character set, maximizing characters per segment and lowering carrier costs, with a heads-up in the editor if a message drifts out of the optimal range.
