The Signal #004: The roadmap’s loaded, and the bar’s open in London

Hi there,

One thing I’m seeing

For the last couple of years, most companies treated AI-driven customer engagement as an experiment. A pilot on one channel. A small test. Something to keep an eye on. That phase is ending. What I’m watching right now is volume: enterprises moving their entire comment and conversation operations onto AI, hundreds of thousands of interactions a month, and not looking back. The question has quietly changed. It’s no longer whether AI can hold a real customer conversation. It’s whether your platform can do it at the scale your business actually runs at. Experiment to infrastructure. That’s the shift of the year.

Which brings me to this week. We went deep: less confetti, more foundation. The reporting engine below is now built for exactly that kind of scale, there’s groundwork underway for some of the biggest pieces we’ve ever shipped (starting with a brand-new API that opens ConversionIQ.ai up to your entire tech stack), and if you’re in London next week, there’s a drink with your name on it (more below).

Two-minute read. Let’s go.

📍 London, we’re buying you a drink 🍸

If you’re a London-based executive in tech, e-commerce, marketing, brand, or agency, come spend an evening with us. On Wednesday, July 22, ConversionIQ.ai and SystemsX are co-hosting The London AI Happy Hour at Smith’s Bar & Grill in Paddington, 5 to 7pm.

No pitches. No demos. No slides. Just elevated cocktails on us and honest conversation about the most interesting shift in our industry: how AI is changing the way brands engage their customers. What’s working, what’s overhyped, and what’s coming next, with the people living it.

It’s invite-only, and we’d love to have you, or someone you know who should be in the room. Reserve your spot and we’ll add you to the list. Not in London? Forward this to someone who is.

What’s new this week

  • Reporting without a ceiling. As some of the largest operations in our space come aboard, some processing well over 100,000 comments a month, we rebuilt how ConversionIQ.ai generates sentiment, topic, and summary reports to match. Now every report generates cleanly and lands every time, whether an account handles a hundred comments or millions. The platform enterprises are choosing, with the headroom to prove it.
  • Cleaner campaign management. Filter your campaign summary to show only active or only inactive campaigns, cutting steps out of daily management.
  • A tidier Knowledge Base. Re-upload a document and it cleanly replaces the old version, so your library stays organized with no duplicate files to hunt down.

What’s cooking (and it’s big) 🔮

  • ConversionsAPI is almost here, and it changes what you can build. This is the headliner: a brand-new unified API that gives your systems a secure, structured way to create and update contacts, generate their own API keys, and configure custom tracked events. It opens ConversionIQ.ai up to deep, custom integrations across your entire tech stack. Most of it is already approved in staging, with just a few UI refinements left before it ships. A whole new category of what you can build on top of us.
  • The reimagined platform is in the final stretch. Our next-generation experience is deep in advanced QA and the team is driving hard toward release. The biggest leap this product has ever taken is close.
  • ChattiLive™ Voice is about to sound even more human. 📞 A major upgrade to make AI phone conversations sound more natural and less robotic, without losing an ounce of the conversational intelligence you already rely on. It ships when the voice quality clears our bar, and not a moment before.
  • Your widget, smarter and more yours. Soon you’ll control exactly where the ChattiLive™ widget appears on your site, and lead-capture events from the widget will flow straight into your analytics and tag-management tools, connecting conversational capture to your attribution stack.

Every one of these came from listening. Hit reply and tell me what would move the needle for your business, and there’s a real chance you’ll see it in a future edition. The more you tell us, the faster the roadmap moves.

See you next Wednesday, and maybe in London. ⚡
