The Signal #013: WhatsApp campaigns are live

Hi there,

My take

Open your own phone and think about which messages you actually reply to. Probably not the marketing email buried in a promotions tab, or the text from a number you don’t recognize. More likely it’s WhatsApp, the place where you talk to real people, where a message feels like a conversation instead of a broadcast.

That’s exactly why this week matters: WhatsApp is now a channel you can run campaigns on inside ConversionIQ. For much of the world (Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, a lot of Asia), WhatsApp isn’t one option among many. It’s how people communicate, full stop. Now your campaigns can meet them there, from the same flow you already use for SMS, with the same targeting and reporting. And because it’s Chatti on the other end, a WhatsApp campaign doesn’t stop at “sent.” Someone replies, and a real conversation starts, one that remembers them and works toward whatever outcome you set.

Two-minute read. Let’s go.

What’s new this week

  • WhatsApp campaigns are live. You can now run campaigns over WhatsApp, one of the highest response-rate channels there is, from the same flow you already use for SMS. Build and manage templates right inside the platform, with their approval status synced automatically, so there’s no jumping to another tool. Linking your WhatsApp Business account is smoother too, with two-step verification built into setup. Reach people where they’re most likely to actually read and reply.
  • Duplicate a knowledge base in minutes. Launching a new agent, brand, property, or line of business used to mean re-uploading every document and rebuilding its objectives from scratch. Now you duplicate an entire knowledge base in a few clicks, into the same workspace or a different one, and watch the progress as it copies. Minutes instead of hours, starting from knowledge you’ve already proven.
  • See exactly what Chatti suggested and what actually went out. Every suggestion now carries a clear “Chatti suggests” label, and every published response shows who sent it or whether Auto-Pilot handled it. You always know precisely what your audience saw, and what was Chatti’s idea versus your team’s. Oversight without the guesswork.

What’s cooking (and it’s big) 🔮

  • A Knowledge Base Evaluator, now in testing. It scores your knowledge base when you upload documents or save objectives, gives specific recommendations to improve it, and alerts you when Chatti’s answers aren’t drawing on it enough. Better answers, caught before they ever reach a customer.
  • A dramatically faster conversation list. The conversation list is about to load in under half a second, QA-approved and moving into production now, so even the busiest workspaces feel noticeably quicker.
  • Connect your other AI tools, natively. In testing: an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that lets outside AI systems and agents work with ConversionIQ securely, so the platform plugs into whatever AI stack you already run rather than standing apart from it.

Every one of these came from listening. Hit reply and tell me what would move the needle for your business, and there’s a real chance you’ll see it in a future edition. The more you tell us, the faster the roadmap moves.

See you next week. ⚡
